Winter Springs, FL (August 8, 2016)–  The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Winter Springs proudly announce Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) as the presenting sponsor of the Winter Springs ARToberFEST to be held October 15-16, 2016, at the Winter Springs Town Center.

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute’s involvement within the communities of Oviedo and Winter Springs reflects back to their core values. Their participation throughout Florida at events shows their commitment to building and maintaining relationships within the community.

Dr. Ralph Gousse, Board Certified Hematologist and Oncologist states, “We are excited to be a part of this annual community tradition. It is an excellent fit with our mission to engage and foster positive relationships with our neighbors, patients and medical colleagues. We also enjoy being able to help our patients through our FCS Foundation.”

FCS has raised up to $1.2 million at fundraisers in which they have participated. Proceeds have been used towards non-medical financial assistance for qualified cancer patients with bills, auto payments, car insurance, rent, and mortgage payments.
